THEME and GUIDED PRACTICE: “Healing Through the Heart: A Tarpana Practice for Inner and Ancestral Balance”
Centered on the heart chakra, this practice would invite participants to cultivate love and compassion for themselves and their ancestors. The talk can guide them through a healing ritual to release emotional blockages within the family line, focusing on bringing balance and peace to their heart space. This approach invites a gentle yet profound transformation for both participants and their lineage.
