About the course

This course is designed to guide you through a gentle, exploratory journey into self-care habits that honor your intuitive wisdom and align with your personal rhythms. Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll experiment with one habit per week, aiming not for perfection but for progress—a B- effort is all you need to begin noticing shifts in your body, mind, and intuition.

The goal of this course is to help you discover what works, identify areas that feel challenging, and recognize how each habit supports your overall well-being. By observing your experiences and making notes of what resonates, you’ll cultivate a foundation for long-term self-care that is uniquely yours.

Course Structure

Each week, you will:

  1. Focus on One Habit: Engage with a short video introducing the habit, its purpose, and practical ways to incorporate it into your daily life.
  2. Experiment: Try the habit with curiosity, giving yourself grace to learn and adapt.
  3. Reflect: Make note of what worked, what didn’t, and what felt difficult or easy to implement.
  4. Tune Inward: Use intuitive practices to deepen your awareness of body signals and responses to the habit.

Weekly Habit Exploration

Orientation Week: Foundations of Intuitive Self-Care

  • Overview of Body Thrive habits and how to approach them as experiments.
  • Introduction to intuition as a guiding tool for self-care.
  • Setting intentions for growth and self-discovery.

Habit Weeks (1–10)

Each habit is introduced with:

  • Why It Matters: A concise explanation of the habit’s role in supporting well-being and intuition.
  • How to Start: Simple, actionable steps to try the habit.
  • Tuning In: Body awareness prompts to notice how the habit feels and what changes it brings.
  • Encouragement for Participants via video and emails from your Wellness Mentor, Brenda Green.
  • Curated videos for each habit.

This course is about progress, not perfection. By giving yourself permission to aim for a B-, you allow room for learning, adjusting, and growing without pressure. Each habit is a stepping stone, and even small changes can lead to meaningful transformation over time.

Your intuition will be your greatest ally in this journey. Trust the signals your body gives you and use confirmation as a way to build confidence in your inner guidance. Through experimentation and reflection, you’ll discover how to make these habits your own and create a sustainable foundation for intuitive, empowered living.

Remember: there is no "right" way—only the way that works best for you. Let this journey be a celebration of self-discovery, curiosity, and growth. You may schedule your 45 minute Wellness Goals Conversation with Brenda Green, Wellness Mentor at any time during this course. Be ready to share one of your wins from this course! You have 90 days to access this course content from your enrollment date with an option to renew it once for another 90 days.
